Hey everyone <3

So it’s been a while since I last posted and there were a couple of reasons!

I was very close to finishing my first year at college and had to focus on my last few assignments! I finished with full distinctions on my course so the hard work paid off 😀 I’m now finished for the summer and will start back at University in September!

The other reason was I did hit a bit of a lull with the blog – it is hard to keep positivity strong on here when I feel like I’m getting no where with it – I worry that I don’t have the time to really commit to trying to build a social media profile as I can’t be on my phone all day long or the laptop. I also cannot compete with some of the gorgeous Instagram gaming accounts I see! So I was feeling a little bummed out but I’m picking myself up and carrying on. I will have to see what happens in the future as when University starts I will need to give that my absolute full attention so I’m not sure what will happen to the blog but lets wait and see! 🙂

So what’s new? Well, I created a new banner for the site so it actually feels more like a gaming site 😀 yay! Let me know what you think of it!

The second is about my PC building aspect of this blog – I’ve decided to change the way I’m doing it a little bit.

Originally I was planning to teach myself how to build a PC from scratch and learn about all the different components however after doing a bit of research I have decided this route isn’t for me regardless of how easy people say it is – for me it doesn’t feel like the way I want to go about acquiring a gaming PC 🙂

So my plan from here on out is to use websites that help you put together your ideal gaming PC! I will link the ones I use and show you what I have put together! I will also look for all the extra bits I need such as a mouse/keyboard/monitor and streaming equipment like a capture card and add all that into the mix!

I do feel kinda bummed that it hasn’t worked out the way I wanted it to but I wasn’t enjoying learning it as much as I hoped and I would rather just have the experts help me and focus on creating a really nice setup that I know will work!! 🙂

So next post is about websites that help you create your perfect PC!

Until next time

I absolutely love going onto Pinterest and finding inspiration for gaming PC setups! Some of the setups I’ve seen are incredible! I’ve shared a few on this post that I think are cool 😀 Below is a link to my Pinterest where you can find my gaming PC board and have a little look through! (There are a lot of different boards on there as I also use it for personal pinning but plenty of gaming related stuff!)
